The Flinders Wharf Shed Chef Series
September 20th - 22nd Guest chefs James Viles (Biota & Barn and Ryan Kovac (Bertha Meats)will be bringing Bertha's Meats to Flinders Island. James and Ryan will apply Betha's focus on traditional American-style barbecue techniques.
October 25th - 27th will see Matt Breen (Templo) and Adelaide- based Max Sharrad (Nido Pasta Bar)
November 29th - 1st December Luke Burgess (ex Garagistes) and Adam Hames (Rought Rice)
